1. Respect the lyricist and composer
Cherish each other's work and respect each other's opinions. (Respect yourself for your own song.)
2. Respect individuality and grow through music
Respect each other's individuality and style, and have an attitude of learning together.
3. Understand the intention of the piece you are playing, and be sincere in your expression
Understand the background and intention of the piece, and put your heart into your performance.
4. Respect the time of your members
Be punctual for rehearsals and meetings, and be considerate of each member's time.
5. Respect the sound
Be careful with how you handle your instruments and equipment, and strive to create good sound.
6. Be prepared to convey joy to the audience
Be conscious of the audience, and aim to perform in a way that they will enjoy.
7. Build trust among members through activities
Be honest with each other and support each other.
8. Don't be afraid to take on new challenges and broaden your musical horizons
Be proactive in trying new genres and techniques and enjoy growing.
9. Feel free to ask for advice
Tweet about what you want to do in the group chat. Someone will pick it up!
10. Value conversation
Enjoy communicating with other members and liven up the club!
